আমার বাবার সাথে ঘটা একটি সত্য ঘটনা। প্রথমে বলে রাখি আমার বাবা পেশায় একজন গাড়ি চালক।আমাদের একটি মালবাহী গাড়ি আছে ওটাই চলান।
বাবা খুব সাহসী প্রকৃতির লোক সহজে কোনো কিছুকে ভয় পান না।আর বাবা খুব হাসি খুশি মানুষ।সবার সাথে রসিকতা করতে ভালোবাসেন।
এবার আসি মূল ঘটনাতে। ২০২০সালে মার্চ মাসের প্রথম দিকের কথা বাবা রোজকার মত সেদিনও (আমার তারিখটা মনে নেই) ভাড়া নিয়ে যান ইসলামপুর।সেদিন বাবার যেতে একটু দেরি হয়।তো যাইহোক বাবা রওনা হলেন ইসলামপুর। তো পৌঁছাতে পৌঁছাতে প্রায় বিকেল।তখন গাড়ি থেকে মাল খালি হচ্ছে তো বাবা ভাবলেন পাশের চায়ের দোকানে বসে চা খাওয়া যাক(বাবার আর কোনো কিছুর নেশা না থাকলেও চা ও সিগারেটের খুব নেশা)। সেইসময় চায়ের দোকানে বাবার পরিচিত দুজন ভদ্রলোকের সাথে দেখা হয়। তখন ওনারা বাবাকে বললেন ‘আরে দিলীপদা ভালোই হল আপনার সাথে দেখা হয়ে চলুন এক সাথে চা খাওয়া যাক।’ বাবাও তখন রাজী হলেন। এবার তিনজনে বসে চা খেতে খেতে গল্প করছে।তখন দুজন কাকুর মধ্যে একজন কাকু বাবাকে বললেন ‘সন্ধ্যা হতে চলল কখন বের হবেন’।বাবা তখন সিগারেট খেতে খেতে বলল ‘এইতো এক্ষুনি বাইপাস হয়ে যাব বেশি সময় লাগবে না।’ওনারা অবাক হয়ে বাবাকে বললেন ‘বাইপাস বলতে দিয়াগঞ্জ হয়ে যাবেন’।বাবা বলল ‘হ্যাঁ কেন?’ওনারা আর কিছু না বলে শুধু এইটুকু বললেন যে ‘না কিছু ওইদিকটা ঘোর অন্ধকার তো তাই ।আপনি একটা কাজ করবেন এই দুটো সিগারেট নিয়ে যান দিয়াগঞ্জে ঢোকার পথে ধরিয়ে হাতে রাখবেন আর গাড়ির কাঁচ উঠিয়ে যাবেন। ‘বাবা জিজ্ঞেস করলেন ‘কেন?’ওনারা আর উত্তর না দিয়ে বললেন ‘যান যান বেরিয়ে যান এতটা পথ যাবেন’।তো বাবা আর কথা না বাড়িয়ে রওনা হলেন। দিয়াগঞ্জে ঢোকার সময় ওনাদের কথা মতো গাড়ির কাঁচ তুললেন আর সিগারেটটা ধরিয়ে হাতে নিলেন।(জায়গাটার একটু বিবরণ-দুইধারে ধুধু মাঠ আর মাঝখানে রাস্তা। রাস্তার অনেক দুরে দুরে একটা করে ল্যাম্প পোস্ট)তো কিছুটা যেতেই বাবা দেখলো একজন মহিলা সাদা শাড়ি পরে অন্ধকারে দাড়িয়ে বাবার কাছে লিফ্ট চাচ্ছে। তো বাবার সন্দেহ হাওয়ায় বাবা গাড়ি না থামিয়ে জোরে চলাতে লাগল।গাড়ির লুকিং গ্লাসে দেখছেন সেই মহিলা বাবার গাড়ির পেছন পেছন দৌড়চ্ছেন। তখন বাবার একটু ভয় হতে লাগল। তারপরও বাবা গাড়ি চালানো থামাননি। কিছুক্ষন পর দেখেন ল্যাম্প পোস্টের সামনে আসতেই সেই মহিলা অদৃশ্য আবার ল্যাম্প পোস্ট পার হতেই গাড়ির পেছন পেছন দৌড়চ্ছেন। অনেকটা সময় এই ভাবে যেতে যেতে যখন শহরের রাস্তায় এলেন তখন আর সেই মহিলাকে দেখা যায় নি।তারপর বাবা ভয় কাটানোর জন্য আমাকে ফোন করে ইয়ার্কি করতে লাগলেন। তখন আমার সন্দেহ হয় যে বাবা তো গাড়ি চালাতে চালাতে এতক্ষণ ধরে ফোনে কথা বলা পছন্দ করেন না আজ কি হল যে এত কথা বলছে। আমি তখন বাবাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম ‘তোমার কি হয়েছে বাবা তুমি এতক্ষণ ধরে আমার সাথে কথা বলছো ইয়ার্কি করছো?’বাবা বলল ‘কিছু না ফোন রাখি বাড়ি গিয়ে সব বলব।’তারপর বাবা বাড়ি আসে। এসে বাইরের বারান্দায় সব জামা কাপড় ছেড়ে মাকে বলল ধুয়ে দিতে। মা বলল ‘তুমি তো আজই ধোয়া জামা কাপড় পরে গেলে কেন ধোবো এইসব ‘?বাবা কিছু না বলে শুধু এইটুকু বলল যে রাস্তায় বাজে কিছু দেখেছে।আমি তো বাবাকে চেপে ধরলাম কি দেখেছে শুনবো। কিন্তু বাবা তো আমায় কিছু বলবেন না কারন আমি খুব ভীতু ভয় পেয়ে যাব তাই। তারপর যাইহোক কাউকে বাবা কিছু বলল না।শেষ পর্যন্ত আর ভয় চেপে রাখতে না পেরে আমার ছোটমাকে সব বললেন তারপর আমরা ছোটমার কাছে সবটা শুনলাম।
